We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help.

Please note that all our products are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept exchanges or returns for incorrect sizes or colours selected at checkout. We strongly recommend checking product dimensions carefully or contacting us for assistance before placing your order.

Damages and Defects - 7 Day Return Window

Please inspect your items, as soon as they're received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received an incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it without delay. 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges on any of our items. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your damaged / defective goods. 

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
