At Inside Out Décor, our story has never been just about furniture, décor or creating beautiful spaces. It has always been about people.

Long before Inside Out Décor became a reality, Chantal spent many years building a successful career in the corporate banking sector. While today's business bears little resemblance to those early banking days, the lessons learned during that journey continue to shape everything we do.

Working closely with clients from all walks of life provided invaluable insight into the pressures businesses face every day — balancing budgets, meeting deadlines, managing expectations and navigating complex decisions. Those experiences laid the foundation for the values that guide us today: clear communication, thoughtful advice, attention to detail, accountability and decisive action.

But life has a wonderful way of changing our direction.

As our family grew and the pitter-patter of little feet filled our home — not just one set, but two — our priorities began to shift. Blessed with a pigeon pair of twins, we found ourselves dreaming of a different kind of future. One that embraced not only professional success, but also balance, purpose and joy.

That dream became the catalyst for what would eventually become Inside Out Décor.

Like many entrepreneurial journeys, the road has not always been easy. The challenges remain and truthfully, they always will. Yet those challenges are what continue to drive us forward. We are inspired by the ever-evolving world of design, by the opportunity to create products and spaces that reflect the unique needs of every client and by the privilege of helping transform ordinary environments into places where people can relax, connect and create memories.

Perhaps even more rewarding has been the opportunity to grow a team of passionate, dynamic individuals who make a positive difference every day — not only to our clients, but also to their own families and communities. Watching people grow alongside the business has been one of our greatest achievements.

As we enter our eighth year of operation and continue to expand our network, we do so with immense gratitude. From our humble beginnings to supplying individual homes, commercial spaces, hospitality venues and large-volume shipments across the globe, we remain incredibly proud of how far this journey has taken us.
